.....I'm certain we're all going to get good value for money! Keith is intending to participate in all rounds ti? the British Rallycross championship and has high hopes (don't we all I) of finishing at the top.

SO FAR...

Up until the time of writing, Keith's car has appeared a) two events, one at Lydden Hill the other being at Snettertoh. In its first outing at Lydden, the gear selector fork broke after three laps of practice! However, in those three laps, Keith caught all three cars ahead of him - the first off being 15 seconds ahead. Not bad after such a short distance.

Second time out at Snetters, Rippy succeeded in equalling Trevor Hopkins' fastest time of the' day (FTD) on the first run and qualified for the 'A' final. However, KR being cool by nature fell asleep between roimas and missed his run! Ahemrn! Anyway, his alarm clock ^eventually went off helpers brought hirft nis early morning cup of tea and the daily newspapers, made him breakfast and pointed him in the direction of the car maybe.

To make amends, he won the 'B' final by a margin of 300 yards over the second placed car, setting a new FTD by 3 seconds. Not bad Problems? Well, he spun a tyre off the rim in practice thanks to running at too low a pressure and also broke three rims during the event! Apart from that it was all okay.

Now, if only he would sleep the night before...
