Small Senior - Probably the oldest in Germany - 76 Fiesta L

For entirely new fame came last year, Erik James' Fiesta. No wonder the 76 model was among the first specimens of a new class and is also still in original excellent condition.

The mid-seventies marked a new humility in the automotive industry. According to the voluminous Dick ships of the past and the now-vanquished oil crisis in the automobile industry has set new priorities. Renault made it in time for the R5, Audi Polo 50/VW followed two years later. 1976, then Ford's turn: With the Fiesta, a new class held in Cologne feeder program. How seriously they were taking the minis, was already evident in the development: How expensive as the small Ford had yet been no newcomer to the manufacturer. And that, in order to offer the customer a most economical car. Weight, engine, aerodynamics - all this should add up to a most efficient small cars. Where safety plays a big role, because not only since 1 January was a valid driver's seat belt and sellers worry more about the "Fall of the case". Precisely shaped sheet should give the Fiesta the necessary strength and to preserve in case of emergency, the occupants of something worse. All this helped the novice to the tremendous leaps. For over 25 years, he lies in its segment, sometimes more, sometimes less.....

Kleiner Senior - Der wahrscheinlich Älteste Deutschlands - 76er Fiesta L
